I'm So Excited!

Have you ever been so happy for someone else that you can hardly stand it? Like, you want to run around the neighborhood banging on doors screaming "Guess what, guess what!" Yeah? Well, that's how I feel right now. My best writerly friend is on the verge of having some very good news and I can't wait to confirm it and share it with the world...

Stay tuned for "my" good news!

Are there any experiences like this that you've had in your life? If so, share please!

Can you at least give us a hint? I love exciting news but I hate being kept in suspense.

When I got engaged, I felt like screaming to the heavens, "I'm getting married!" I didn't but it's never too late.

Wendy, I'll let you in on it as soon as I can!

CCD, Hint: It's something REALLY great!

When did you get engaged? Was it a long time ago or recently? No matter what, like you said, it's never too late!

Debra,
I am here by chance. I guess I found you on another blog, yes, now I remember, it was Lady Glamis. Sorry for the intrusion but your I'm So Excited got my attention. I am always happy to know someone has gotten great news.

Robert, I'm so glad "chance" brought us together! You are most certainly not an intrusion. (Lady G rocks, btw.) I hope you'll stop back by from time to time. And, yes - isn't it wonderful when those we love, respect and admire have good news? The cheerleader in me lives on!:-)

Well, I hope it goes wonderful for your friend, whatever it may be and I'll be watching my feed reader for an update.

And I hope you are having a beautiful day yourself!

Looking forward to your announcement. I have a hunch it's writing related, but I could be wrong.

That's wonderful! Yes, I have experienced that great feeling when hearing good news from a friend or loved one. It's very cool, and the exact opposite of Schadenfreude! :)

Debra Lynn Shelton said...

Lynette, Hmmm. Writing related? Do you think? Maybe, maybe not...;-)

Debra Lynn Shelton said...

Beth, I'm so impressed how you use that word in a sentence!
